1. Q: Can I get some samples and what is the delivery time?
A:We are honored to sent you samples for quality check for delivery time,10-20 days after confirm the sample order.
 
2. Q: Do you have the products in stock?
A: Yes, we have some model products can supply to you.
 
3. Q: What's the MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity)?
A: We are specialized in wholesales of food machinery, so the agent in overseas will be highly appreciated! The the prpoduction line, the MOQ is one set.
 
4. Q: Can I change the voltage if the machine is not available in my country?
A: Yes, our professional engineers will solve all those problems for you to make sure you can use it in your country. Our sales also will give you professional advice when you select machines.
 
5. Q: What certification do you have?
A: We have CE,BV,SGS,ISO,CCC,etc. Please do trust us, we are determined to provide you best quality equipments.

1. Are you a manufacture or a trading company?
A: We are manufacturer in China and also cooperate with other factories.
 
2. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority, we always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end of   the production, every product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before it's packed for shipment.
 
3. Q: What's is your warranty terms?
A: We offer different warranty terms for different products, please contact with us for detailed warranty terms.
 
4. Q: We are not in China, how can you ship machines to us?
A: Do not worry about Shipment. We can help you to arrange shipment for you by Sea, by Air and by Express. If you have agent in China, welcome to your agent to come to us to pick up cargo if you like. 
 
5. Q: Can I visit your company?
A: We have exhibition hall in Zhengzhou city, welcome to visit us to examine the quality and negotiate our business!
 
6. Q: What payment method do you accept?
A: Generally, we accept payment by T/T or Western Union, and also can accept L/C, Money Gram
 
 7. Q: Do you provide after-sale service?
