Working Process of Toothpick Making Production Line: The original bamboo - Splitting bamboo - Cut bamboo into ertain size - Cut bamboo into bamboo sticks -  Drying - Cut into bamboo sticks with certain length - Polishing - Tidying - Sharpening - Packing - Storage (factory)

 

Our automatic bamboo toothpick making machines are used for producing bamboo toothpicks or wood toothpicks, chopsticks, stick, barbecue sticks and so on, the complete equipments consist of 8 or 10 sets of machines.

Introduction of Toothpick Making Machine:

1. These machines are used for making both side sharp or single sharp toothpicks.

2. The general specification is φ2.2mm x 65mm.

3. Capacity: 3.5 million pcs/8 hours, and need 8-11 workers.

4.It can be product 1.2 million pcs/m³(φ2.2mm x 65mm)

5.The packing machine is for printing and packing ,200-500 package/min( 2 pcs/package)

 

Some of them are optional according to your actual need. You can make two different kinds of toothpicks: one-end-sharp and two-end-sharp toothpicks. And the size of the toothpick can be adjustable, the machines can produce 600000-3000000 pieces toothpick every 8 hours by only 4-5 labors.

The above 10 toothpick machines, the production of two sharp toothpicks, 8 hours output of 600,000, about 80 kg. Need mechanical workers 5 to 7, men and women are not limited. Power use 380V industrial electricity, the normal production of electricity consumption per hour about 12 degrees. Users need to produce a sharp carved bamboo toothpick, then the No. 9 machine replaced.
